61 ~ Cassandra Flirts With Demon

RYAN POV

She moaned and I felt her hand fisting around my neck with the strength I never witnessed before. Her nails dug into my skin making me groan with the instant pleasure.

I felt aroused and lifted my face to look into her eyes. Her pupils dilated to look at me and suddenly her face changed to soft again.

My eyebrows furrowed with this. One moment she was strong and pulling me closer with the strength and possession and other she turned into sweet little Cassandra again.

I shifted aside controlling myself and looked at her neck with the glowing deep mark of my teeth.

"We should sleep now,"

She said and I nodded not able to understand what was wrong with her? What happened to her? And, I did not know but my mind was not ready to believe what she said earlier about going on the terrace because she was not able to sleep.

I looked at her closing her eyes softly and calmly. Her face also calmed down and I stroked her arm lightly.

Maybe I was just overthinking about the whole situation
