I sighed as I laid on the floor, the sound of the water flowing calmed my senses. This was peaceful, away from all the troubles, just me, the moon shining above me. This was everything.

But my peace didn't last, it never did. Because just then I heard the sound of movement in the bushes. Or rather, footsteps. I sat up slowly as I looked around wondering who it was.

My nose was filled with the scent of the lake so I couldn't catch the person's scent yet, not until he stepped out.

Just as I thought, Domenico already has something planned with this opportunity lurking around. If not that raven didn’t give up on Xander,I’d say she go for domenico lol. He sounds like a psycho tho but I’m certain he’d worship her. He’s so obsessed with her lol
