LOGINKillian's eyeballs became red with anger as he stared at Sara. He picked up the stone from the ground and fumed aggressively.
“Diamond stone? Who could be so bold to place this stone on my Luna?” He growled, his intimidating aura burning across the room. Jared was beyond shocked, he wasn't expecting Killian's sudden appearance. He felt a sharp pain cut across his chest as Killian scraped off the stone at the very moment that he had waited for. “Guards!” Killian screamed, and two men ran towards him. “Yes, my Alpha.” They chorused simultaneously. “Who did this to my Luna?” He asked them fiercely, and they both trembled. They had suddenly felt dizzy and they both passed out while they were safeguarding Sara's room. “Did you suddenly lose your voice? Didn't I instruct you to keep her safe?” He roared at them, his cold eyes pierced through theirs. Killian called another set of guards and ordered them to drag the incompetent guards out of his presence. “Twenty lashes each,” he commanded, as they were being dragged out. Sara suddenly coughed, and opened her eyes slowly. Somehow, the extreme heat she felt had subsided, and she wondered if it was due to Killian's presence. “I am sorry you had to go through that.” Killian said to her, while Sara shook her head. “What just happened?.” She asked as she slowly sat up. “Who was the one that tried to hurt you?” Killian asked her, ignoring her question. Sara stared at the ceiling as she tried to recall who the person was. Funny as it sounds, she couldn't remember the face of the person, it was as if his face had been erased from her memory. All that she could remember was the groceries he gave to her. She racked her brain further as she stared intensely at the groceries. “Sara?” Killian called, taking her out of her thoughts. “I…I can't remember, I only know that the person gave me those groceries.” She said, pointing at the groceries beside her bed. Killian sighed, “Don't take those groceries, I will take them back for investigation. You can visit the market when you are feeling better to get your own groceries.” He said to her, but was met by Sara's little frown. “Take my badge. You can get whatever you want from the market without paying a dime.” He continued, and the frown on her face disappeared almost immediately. “Thank you.” Sara muttered to him. “Take some rest. I still have some things to do.” He said, as he walked out of the room. He had felt a strange feeling in his heart, and his mate pull was tugging at him, which hinted him that Sara might be in danger. “Luckily, I arrived in time. Her identity might have been exposed for real.” He thought within himself. He was now sure that Sara was from the Red moon pack. The whitish smoke had begun to change to red when he scraped off the stone, but it was still little, and very hard to see at a glance. He sighed, and continued on his way. Three days had passed after the diamond stone incident. Sara combed her hair in front of the mirror before sliding into her bunny slippers. “I would love to visit the market.” She said to Violet, who was busy knitting some clothes. “The market? I can go in your place.” Violet uttered in shock. She dropped the cloth she was knitting, and sprang to her feet immediately. “No, thank you. I have been here for a while, and I have not yet familiarized myself with most places here. Let me just go this time.” She replied to her. “Alright then. But don't stay long.” Violent warned. “Of course.” She replied. She knew fully well when to return, especially with the increasing atrocities of the rogue wolves. She left her room and headed straight to the market. A lot of things caught her attention, but she made up her mind to get only the groceries that she needed. “That's her. They said she is our Luna?” Someone said amongst the crowd as she walked into the market square. “Our Luna? I am not even sure she is from our pack. It's my first time seeing her.” Another person added. Sara could hear them perfectly, but she chose to ignore them, as she continued her walk down the market square. She got to a grocery shop and got all that she wanted. Then it was time for payment. Sara took out the badge Killian had given her and showed it to the sales woman. The woman glanced at the badge and flung her suspicious gaze at Sara. “Who gave you this badge?” The woman asked, as she stared at Sara with condescending eyeballs. “Excuse me?” Sara asked in surprise. “You must be a thief? How could you have our Alpha's badge?” The woman screamed, which drew the attention of most people as they all gathered around them. “What do you mean by that? It was Killian that gave it to me.” Sara replied coldly. Anger and fury found their way through the woman's gut as she boiled fiercely. “How dare you call our Alpha by his name?” The woman screamed, she raised her hand in an attempt to slap Sara, but a sudden huge force held her hand up in the air, causing the woman to let out a loud scream. The force was a bit soft, yet harsh. Everyone recognized the force to be the Luna's own, and they all gasped in awe. “Is she truly the Luna?” They all murmured simultaneously as they bowed down before Sara. Even Sara herself couldn't understand what had just happened, she had not accepted the mate bond, how could she tap into the Luna's greatest power. She carried her groceries and walked hurriedly out of the market. She sighed as she walked along the path that led to the inner pack. Strangely, the path was desolate and quiet which was opposed to how lively and bustling it used to be. Sara, who was deep in her thoughts, didn't realize the danger that lurked around. All she saw was a lightning flash in her eyes as a huge stick was used to hit her head before everywhere slowly went dark. “Done! Carry her deep into the woods.” A deep-voiced man said, while the rest carried her far into the dangerous woods. The war came to an end. Both sides suffered a huge blow, but gained something more- love.Sara gladly healed Zayne, who apologized to Killian for not finding out about Calypso's schemes earlier.“It's fine, brother. Nobody would have found out about her schemes actually.” Killian had replied to Zayne.“Alright, brother. I love you.” Zayne had said to Killian, and Killian had gladly reciprocated and hugged him.Zayne then went back to the red moon pack, and declared a lifetime alliance with the blue moon pack, and named the two packs “Twin packs”. Though he was punished by the heavens. Since he once had two mates, he won't find another mate again in his present lifetime.Violet went back to the woods and opened the door of the cabin. Betty had died inside, and her body had turned blue and almost unrecognizable. She had some guards retrieve the body and bury it, while she retired back to the blue moon pack, with her brother, Ethan by her side. The moon priestess commended Killian's effo
Sara suddenly felt a huge force burn up in her, and with a loud yell, she burst open the door of the cabin. The guards securing the cabin rushed towards her, but with a single protrusion of her palm, they were sent flying away.Sara couldn't believe her eyes. She had fully tapped into her witch powers. She grinned, and immediately shook the thought away from her mind. The powers came at the right time, and now, she can use them to confront Calypso and save the blue moon pack, and the other man.She ran out of the Pack's house. Every guard who made to attack her was brought down by just raising her palm at them. She didn't even have to utter a word before they were sent rolling to the floor lifeless. With her witch powers, she could now travel three times the average wolf, and within a few minutes, she reached the blue moon pack. Her jaw dropped as she saw the gate broken, and several guards laid lifeless on the ground, with their blood forming a stream that flowed aimlessly. She rushe
“What?” One of the elders gasped. Killian shook his head immediately, and clutched the baby more tightly to his chest.“No. That's not possible. I won't sacrifice my own son.” His voice came out cold and sharp. “I know it's cruel, but…that's the only way out of this mess, my Alpha. We will never survive this without your son being sacrificed.” “It's not only cruel. It's unfair to the baby boy who knows nothing about all of these, and yet should be sacrificed. I do not agree.” Killian replied sharply.“Alpha Killian. The people are dying. We can all hear the people's cries from afar. We have no choice. It's the Heaven's decision. Please do not let emotions cloud your judgement and consider the bigger picture.” An elder said with a bow.Other elders immediately stepped in line, and bowed also; “Let's make the sacrifice and save the blue moon pack from this peril.”Killian scoffed. “All of you these old men..” he paused with a smirk, pointing his finger at all of them.“You are all tea
“Alpha Killian! We are under an attack. The red moon pack is breaking into the pack!” A guard screamed as he ran towards Killian's room. His clothes were soaked in blood, and blood dripped down his own body from several sword cuts.Killian sprang up from his bed immediately. He dashed towards the door and tore it open with a single pull.“What?” His eyes scanned the guard from head to toe, and he threw his eyes instantly at the center of the pack.“Gather all the guards! Reinforce the Pack's main gate. They must not break in into the pack no matter what!” He commanded the guard. The guard bowed and turned to carry out his orders.Killian beckoned to one of the maids. “Gather all the elders. They should assemble in the meeting hall now!”“Yes, my Alpha.” The maids bowed.Killian stormed into his room. He opened his closet and took out an armor that is passed down among generational Alphas. He took off his clothes and slid the armor onto his body. He picked up his sword and rushed out o
“You came back to the human world?” Frederick yelled over the phone. He quickly covered his mouth and looked around to see if anyone had not heard him.He then pressed the phone back against his ear. “What are you thinking? I thought you handled your mate issue already?” He whispered silently.“I know. It's a long story, but I need to get Sara. A huge war is about to happen, and the only way we can win is if Sara stays on our side, okay?” Zayne said over the phone.Frederick scoffed. “Look, Zayne. I don't understand what you are talking about. How does Sara decide whether you will win a war or not? I don't get!”“Because she is a witch!” Zayne screamed.“What?”“Look…Frederick, it's a long story. I will tell you about it. I checked and I saw that you moved from your former house. Just tell me where you are so I can come and meet you and discuss.” Zayne replied to him. Frederick took a deep breath. He had relocated after the murder of the old man, and the police had been investigating
Sara stood in front of the building that was housed her the first time she came to the human world. She ran her eyes all over it and her eyes rested on a particular window. That was where she used to sit while she stared at the beauty of the human world. The old man would be preparing their breakfast while reminding Sara not to leave the bed.“You are not feeling well, and you are expecting a baby. Just rest, okay? Leave all the house chores to me.” The old man had always said to her. Now, she blamed herself for causing his death, and she vowed to make Leon pay for taking the old man's life. She swallowed hard. She walked into the building, and went straight to the elevator. The days she spent in the human world had taught her how to operate some of the machines and devices in the building. She got to the elevator, and after a few seconds, the door opened and she stepped out. She went straight to the old man's room, and just as she had expected, the door wasn't locked. The man had no
“Did you have something to do with the Luna's poisoning?” Jared asked her, while she scratched her head with her fingers. He sighed and placed his hand on her shoulders.“I know you love the Alpha, but you shouldn't take such a grave risk. What if you were caught, I might not be able to save you.”
Clara ran as fast as her legs could carry her into the nearby bush. The guards were catching up with her so fast. She made a quick diversion and hid herself under a big tree. The guards ran past her without suspecting that she was there. She heaved a sigh and made to turn when she accidentally step
A loud knock sprang the two of them up simultaneously. Killian stared through the curtains, the sun shone brightly which hinted the dawn of another day. The knock persisted once again.Killian walked down the bed, and yanked the door open.“Why must you disturb me in the early mornings?” A guard s
“What? Are you surprised?” Jared mumbled as he climbed down his almighty chair. He stood mightily in front of Sara, staring straight into her terror-stricken eyeballs.“What…do you want from me?” Sara stammered, shrinking under Jared's agonizing gaze.“The Luna? Do you really think of yourself as t
