Kame, the Southern region.

Alpha Koz stepped into the royal lodge, exhausted from the long journey to Kame. It would have been faster, but Luna Elena chose to accompany him. He had visited the region at least six times yearly in the last three years, as his duties lay here. As he got ready to leave last week, however, Elena spoke up, telling him she was coming with him. He told her they would have to bring Cara along with them if she came, and he seemed okay with that. So, the whole family journeyed to Kame. They will stay here for a few days before returning to the capital to report to the king and queen about the progress of their assignment.

They laid Cara in bed and retired to their assigned chambers.

“You still think I shouldn’t have come with you?”

“I am happy that you are here, but a part of me thinks you should have stayed in the capital. I felt that was safer and where you belonged.” He admitted it to her.
