From the restaurant’s reception area, one could hear the cries of Lilith and Claire. Alric was so efficient in implementing his threat, the restaurant owner terminated Lilith outright. It did not even help that Lilith scorned Alana upon seeing her step into the entrance of Chateau Bay.
