An aching pain shot across my body as my eyes opened slowly. I was staring at an unfamiliar ceiling and wondered where I was.

Memories of what happened at the training ground shot through my head and I winced. That witch!

She will pay for what she did. I tried to sit up.

'Tova,' I called but didn't get an answer. She was probably very weak from the spiked drink I'd drunk unknowingly.

"The Alpha just left not quite long ago," he informed while I used my hand to rub my temple, slightly feeling an arching pain in my temple.

"How are you feeling now?" he inquired, moving closer to me where I sat on the edge of the bed and stared curiously at him.
