It had been three days since Sabrina arrived in the manor and apparently everything was not a dream. Esther had returned back to her husband and the siblings did their best to avoid any form of confrontation with her, but the mother of the house, Cordelia, had made several attempts to belittle and subtly humiliated her. It was always small things she did whether it was about the way she was dressed to her manners.
She was a newcomer, how was she supposed to know which glass was used for what form of liquid. She was not raised in an aristocratic family and no one had taught her about proper fine dining type of table manners.
