61. Alpha Command

Kai’s pov

There were ten candidates yesterday, and out of them, only four remained. Yesterday, they had sparred together. Each winner from one group went up against the winner from another. The four best remained.

As much as I valued strength, it wasn’t what was most important to me. That’s why they would compete in mental challenges today. The elders would ask them questions about our pack’s history, their history, their ambitions, and their loyalties.

I wanted a beta that was loyal but not blindly follow me. He or she would be allowed to speak out against me, if they disagreed.

There were three men left and one woman.

I was thankful the elders helped me with this, because my mind was focused on Moon. I couldn’t believe Alpha Oskar had sent out a spy to gather information. Actually, I could believe it, that man was a sneaky fucker.

So now, I was waiting for the conference call so we could form new plans.

So Kai has a beta. And I have my mab! At least for this story. Let's see if i'm able to write 4000 words in 5 hours for the Iron Alpha.

Hey, did you update the iron alpha? just recently? my app says you did and but when I try to open it it says open book fail? It's only doing that for that book is anyone else having that problem

moon and Kai are so awesome. I'm so glad that he found a beta. I wish I knew what Ethan was going to say, but I'm glad he couldn't get anymore information.
