Lucien's POV

As we walked back to her house I kept stealing glances at Sam, her tear-streaked face brought pain to me every single time. Don't get me wrong, my inner wolf was furious at her. He was ready to snap but I couldn't. I would never turn on her again. I had control of my inner wolf, not the other way around. He obeyed me, for without me there was no him.

Jax was standing on the porch awaiting us. "Did you get it," I asked?

Nodding Jax handed over a worn leather journal, his eyes focused on my poor Luna who was obviously distressed. We had to figure this out. I didn't need my dad's rendition, I needed to read the vision in Violet's own hand.

I really don't like this, Lucien is being made as the bad guy. He's not!! She fucked up far worse than he did!!
