**ARIA'S POV**

I woke to pain.

Not the sharp kind that made you scream. The dull, throbbing kind that settled deep in your bones and wouldn't leave. Every muscle in my body ached. My thighs. My hips. Between my legs where he'd–

I squeezed my eyes shut and tried to stop the memories from coming. Forced myself to believe last night hadn't happened.

But the memories came anyway, sharp and unavoidable.

I couldn't help but remember his hands on me. His mouth on my neck. The way he'd moved inside me with that relentless rhythm until I'd shattered beneath him. The way I'd wrapped my legs around him and pulled him deeper when I should have been fighting to push him away.
