The blood kept flooding through the mooncrown pack like a river that refused to stop. The ground was soaked red and the air smelled thick and heavy with iron.

At first, the sight made my stomach twist but as time went on the taste and the smell of blood felt as something almost normal. Like night the night has decided, this is how it would always be.

The battle was really tough to the point that I could barely see myself surviving this time. I think about how I all started with strong ambition and it was already sad to think it will not end like I had planned.
