I went to bed the night before my birthday pretty depressed. I was already feeling the absence of Chastity as it was. Knowing I was going to celebrate my 23rd birthday without her, didn’t help. Not getting to see her smiling face before going to bed bugged me too. I understood she had to get school work done, but times like this were hard. I had to make plans to see her the following weekend though. I needed to spend time with her.

I had considered spending this weekend at Cloverland, but I really needed to be here to finalize my training program. Dad had also insisted I stay home. He said he, and Gina wanted to celebrate my birthday with me since they hadn’t been able to the last 4 years. A part of me kind of hated him for that, but I got it. I would just have to suck it up.
