I cried the entire day after Alpha Anton left Dr. Charles home. I did not want to be his secretary. I did not want to work with him, but I had to. I had no choice but to accept his job offer. He was the alpha and I had to obey him to avoid trouble and worst of him discovering my true identity, which would be dangerous for me and my mamma.
The entire day my mom tried to calm me down; telling me that everything was going to be fine. I refused to listen to her. I knew she was trying to make me feel better and it was her role as a mother but how could I not worry after what he did to me within the living room.
