I expected her to yell at me, but when her hands wrapped around mine, I knew just how well she was breaking, because I was tearing apart too.

She sobs against my back and I feel very bad, she must have been taking all of this in, bottling them up so no one would see her weakness. She was strong but she was weak.

She does not hesitate, nor even try to fight me; she just lets me lead her.
