48. Under arrest

Zack carried Lillian inside his house, with Shadow following behind him closely. They passed by Alan, who was looking at them, shocked.

“What happened?” he asked his son.

“I’ll tell you later.” Zack told him and went up to his room.

“You can stay here. I’ll go talk to my dad.” Zack told him and left.
