12. Nari Locates Romeo
“What the hell, Chucky?!” Annabelle screeched after Chucky had removed himself from Arch. Without even the slightest remorse, Chucky huffed and turned his face away, sulking.
“I am very disappointed with you!” She wagged her finger at the wolf, anger lacing her words.
Chucky almost killed Arch and luckily they were there to stop him. He growled angrily in response, perhaps defending himself but Annabelle didn’t speak wolf, so she ignored him.
She marched quickly to her car and slammed the door behind her, deciding it would be best for her to return to the beach house. She was putting the gears in reverse when Roman suddenly opened the passenger door and deposited Chucky in the seat.
