The next few days felt like an eternity. We travelled non stop, only resting a few hours at a time to sleep or hunt. Considering our hunts were mostly unsuccessful do to lack of prey, hunger was starting to worn the Pack down. We managed to find a good place to rest overnight, but we were in the very middle of rogue territory and not just any kind of rogues; slave traders. These lust-minded freaks seek out for rejected females, loners or any good looking Wolf they can find to sell as a sex slave for high prices. Even children and pregnant women were up for grabs, which means the pack had to be extra careful to hide me from such disgusting filth.

To make it all worse, Alexandra's appetite had grown and Pack rules forced me to let her eat first; she'd practically gobble down every small prey we could find and leave mere scraps for the others.
