Chapter 84

Two weeks passed since we moved into this house. It was a ten minutes drive from the pack. Throughout the day while Hades worked, I'd spend my time either by visiting the pack or face buried deep inside books.

Did I say this house had a library of its own? No? Oh well... prepare to be amazed because it was no small one or couple shelves library.

It was a whole room starting from the ground reaching the top ceiling of the third floor. The shelves brimmed with so many books I was afraid if even an one-third of it fell, I'd be buried ten feet under. But of course, they wouldn't, because Hades had every possible safety mechanisms installed. Ladders with firm railings at both sides were set at every corner, and in the middle was the comfiest reading space. Though I preferred the armchair by the fireplace for it created an ambience more magical than velvety sofa beds.

Nola and Iris kept me company the other times when I wasn't reading. But they weren't allowed here when Hades came b
