Kristen’s POV

I did not know I passed out until I woke up couple of hours. Fear gripped me as I stared at where I was. A dark king sized bedroom. My heart sunk when I remembered the incident that happened previously. How was I not in chains? He seemed like he was ready to do that with the last thing I remembered him saying. How was I on top of a bed and not a dungeon?

Then it clicked. My eyes widened as I looked under the duvet that covered my body. My heart skipped when I realized I was not in the same clothes I was putting on before. What went on in my head was probably he believed his son was actually dead and wanted to make another heir with me.
