Ezra lay under the blanket in his room, unable to fall asleep. A haunting feeling plagued him as he replayed his conversation with Alpha Cage. His thoughts had taken a turn after the revelation about who could possibly be behind the resistance. If a prime Alpha had funded it…then he had a goal. A selfish one. And it could never mean well for Omegas. Again he was filled with worry about his friends who had been invested in the resistance and the promise they brought. ‘Could still be another group’ the voice in his head whispered but that wasn’t enough to calm him. Alpha Cages' fists tightened by his side after the words passed through Ezra's lips. "And?" Sydney pressed but Alpha Cage growled low in his throat.
