"What do you mean he escaped, He’s just a baby. Start talking?” I added seeing how he did not seem like he had much to say.

“I swear I will kill you if something happens to my baby.” I threatened as I looked down at him in my wolf form. How could he do this? I have been gone for just a few days, and this happened?

“At least give me the chance to explain and let us find a solution to this.”

I got off him and took a step away from him.

“How will you be able to protect me when you cannot even protect a baby?”
