Finding Sarah

“Search for her now!!” I ordered everyone sternly.

I had a bad feeling about her disappearance. It was strange, and I couldn’t make sense of it.

I was deeply troubled. What had happened to Sarah? Where could she be? It didn’t seem like she would just leave, especially since she seemed content with her being my servant here.

Myles came in a few minutes later and reported, “Alpha, she’s nowhere to be found. The maids mentioned they last saw her during the outdoor dinner preparations.”

My heart felt tight suddenly, but I didn’t show it. It was a strange feeling.

“Keep investigating,” I said, trying to hide my fear of losing her. I felt responsible for her well-being, and not being able to watch over her was tough.

“But alpha, she might have run away,” Myles objected casually.

The pain hit me again, and I struggled to keep calm and not grab my chest.

“There’s no way she could have left. Find her,” I ordered firmly, eager for him to leave.
