       “Are you ready?” Makahi asked me as we pulled to a stop where my granny’s house used to be, where I lost everything. I nodded my head, because I couldn't speak, the emotions that were threatening to bulldoze out of my entire body would definitely come out if I try to speak. You know the kind of grief that take control of your body until it feels like you’re having an outta body experience. That’s how it feels, how I knew it would feel, which is why we never came back here. People deal with grief the best way they can. There is no right or wrong way, it just is what it is. After all these years the frame of the house was still there but everything else was gone, some of the walls in the  back was still standing, the steps where we used to play and used as a home base for every game we ever played. What initially attracted me to the book is the strong black big woman theme, but the drama is getting to much and I am starting to lose interest apart from not likely this new app the book is on. I get you trying to make the book long but the story line is getting tired… as it’s repeating
