Chloe POV

“Mate,” the tall, muscular man practically growled while staring at me. His face was rugged, with a thick beard and messy, unkempt hair. His sun-tanned skin was rough, but his eyes were kind. He was incredibly handsome in a rough sort of way. His eyes were the same color as Mick’s. He could have had more features similar to Mick’s, but the beard and his tan made it hard to tell.

One thing was sure. I was feeling the pull towards him that made me unable to look away; unable to move. There was no way, but I could not deny the pull towards him. It didn’t make sense. I was already mated again. To Mick.
