Aubrey’s POV

Everything here seemed different from the decorations to the antique dorm to the air I took in. It just seemed like a whole new place and I found it hard to believe that I had a life here.

Hayden was still in the room and he was with the triplets when I decided to take a little stroll down the passage.

Curiosity took the best part of me and I wanted to know what changed since I left even if I knew it was going to be a whole lot.

I carefully walked around taking my time to stare at everything, even the flowers that aligned at each side of the hall, their warmth brought back the good memories of this place.

I felt that comfort I felt years ago slip into my soul and I felt at ease once more. My life was so perfect here that is until it all took a turn and I was forced to run away from here, my home.
