Forty-five minutes passed before Dillon got out of the shower. Tony had knocked on the door to ask if he was alright and he got a "Yea, be right out!". As Tony stood under the hot water as it pelted down on him, he actually allowed himself to feel everything. Dillon was right, as he let himself feel and then release such pain, he started to feel better. That didn't change the fact that it hurt his heart. A lot. The two of them stayed as close as they could to one another as they wove their way through the crowds. Eventually, they got within a couple blocks of Town Hall and both of them slowed down and pulled themselves to the side. The Christmas light display was fantastic. Every tree that lined each side of the street was done up in white and gold lights. The street lights and signs all had either light-up snowflakes or holly leaves. Tony gently placed his hand on Dillon's shoulder and trailed it to the back of his neck. All they did for a moment was stare at each other.
