Bradley couldn't stop staring at me, I didn't know whether to be flattered or self conscious about it.

My hair has never been this short, or straight. I've always worn my hair in a bundle of long curls or just a bundle of shorter curls. Right now, my hair reached my ears. It was cut on the sides, and straightened, then parted in the middle to frame my forehead. I thought I looked weird, Conner said I looked hot and Jessica's mouth had dropped open.

Bradley hadn't taken his eyes off my hair since he picked me up. I shifted in my seat, clenching the menu in my hand. I cleared my throat. "S–so, what's good here?" Bradley's eyes snapped down to meet mine. He looked confused. I asked him again. "What's good here?"

"Oh, sorry you just...you look good. Really good." His eyes roamed my face. I felt my face flush and I cursed myself. I wasn't used to being given compliments, especially from rich guys that were clearly out of my league.
