Party Fund-raising Pressure

 "Because they are kids Isha!  They are kids, they can't be there. I want responsible teens, mature teens like us, teens who cannot throw us under the bus, teens who can take responsibility and take the fall for themselves whenever something illegal occurs… you get me"?

She was looking at them straight in the eyes. 

Isha agreed and understood her reasons, they were very valid. 

"Okay guys… let's talk… what's the plan"? Nicole ,Anaisha listened in thoughts. 

Teddy went like…

"First things first… how do we raise the money, venue, what are we gonna tell our parents, because honestly we can't afford hosting a party in a hotel, it has to be in someone's house guys am I right or wrong "? 

"Teddy, you so damn right… our main worry right now should be about raising the money". Nicole spoke.

"Okay Nicole… What about the venue? Huh"? 

"Teddy Teddy, Teddy, we can pay anyone who would allow us to have a party at their home, money is the answer to everything okay? Have you forgotten that or you didn't think at all"? Nic asked. 

"The second one, yes!  Guys!  Whatever we do, we ought to be extremely careful, we ought to be, we have to play our cards right, my parents are so strict so I really have to think hard, same as you guys, Isha, I think you are far worse than me😂😂, unless i'm wrong 😂", they all laughed. 

"Yooh!  Teddy, don't you even go there hey, my dad is really something else hey, really something else, sleeping out?  

Wow i'll have to go down on both knees for this one i'm telling you😂😂😂" they all laughed. 

"Sleeping out Isha!  You forget you wont be sleeping out you will be 'parting' girl!  Stick that in your skull😂

"Exactly Nick... Obviously i wont say i'll be parting, come on!!!  😂.  

Teddy was laughing so hard at those two, debating about "parting or sleeping out". 

These three were friends, not just friends but true friends, they loved each other so much, they were weird, they never talked about each other if they weren't there, no!

 They never even once. They were standing by the school gate, with cars passing by, they weren't in a rush at all, they had little homework so yeah. 

Teddy was looking at the sun and the sky. 

"Wow!  It's a beautiful evening, the sun is about to go home.

 Guys! Do you ever take a look at nature in whole and admire it and wonder how God figured it all out, i mean, the sky, the stars, the moon, the sea... 

Isha went on... "The hills, the rocks, waterfalls.

Nic added... "Isha, Teddy😂😂, animals",

They all laughed their lungs out. 

Isha went on... Nature is really beautiful, I mean it relaxes the mind, it has that power to inspire one, and it has that power to make you feel refreshed and new and...

She didn't finish it because Teddy cut her, and added...

"And ahhhmmm it has the power to make you see something new in yourself and it gives you that courage to go on whenever you are not feeling okay, it makes you see yourself differently from the inner you... You get what I mean"? 

"Yes! Yes! Yes!  Wow!  You guys, i didn't know you were that expressive hey! Wow!  I never saw it that way" that was Nic. 

Teddy went like... "Why do people take long walks and drives whenever they aren't okay?  

"They are driven by "The power of nature dude! 😉😀

"Guys, I think we should leave now, before people assume we are stranded... Besides time is moving, let me go before my dad gives me a headache, T. Let's get moving"!

That was Anaisha pulling down her hair, she had made a hair tie, her hair was very long, more like 32 inches or more, not less than 32 inches though, but she felt like it wasn't that long. 

Teddy craved it every time she pulled it down. "Goodbye Nic... Be safe okay, i love you, Teddy added, "i love you, we love you, they all went like "WE LOVE US".

They all made a joint hug and "cheek-kissed" then Nic went separate, Teddy and Anaisha walked together because they stayed very close to each other. 

There was that silence between them as they were walking, till Nic screamed "I miss you guys"!!! They turned and screamed back.

"We miss and love you", they exchanged air kisses and waved till they couldn't sight each other.

"I really wish our friendship could last forever. You know, you guys are my life. I feel complete with you and Nic, I wish we could all go to one Varsity and find jobs while young you know, that was Anaisha. 

"Wow!  I'm wishing for that too you know, finding a new friend isn't easy,finding a friend you can trust it the hardest thing to do, it's hard to trust people lately, friends betray you, embarrass you, and bullshit you know.

"So i wouldn't ask for better friends other than you guys, you are my family now, you know how how picky i am with people, i'm not good with people you know that, so yeah"

"Awwww friend! I know you are the hardest soul to crack but I love you just like that, it's normal, it's natural, it's not a bad thing at all friend, once someone gets to know you really well, you the sweetest person i have ever met, i love the way you are okay"?  Teddy!  I love you ".

Isha was glazing at her, until she smiled, and Isha saw that the smile was real. 

She breathed heavily..."Isha ... I guess we have reached our final destination... Wow! I'm so so tired! 

"At least you're tired... I'm exhausted... 😊... I just wanna lay in my bed... Okay bye sweetheart, see you tomorrow, just call me when you are about to leave the house, don't text, i might not see it okay".

Anaisha was leaving already. 

She shouted, ...

"So are you breaking the number 1 rule"?  Huh"? 😉

Isha ran back to her, and hugged her so tight and cheek-kissed her. They both laughed and went separate ways. 

Teddy was still shocked at the way Isha expressed her emotions towards her, it was a high... Then she quickly remembered she had to plan for the upcoming party... She had E30.00 saved...

If only it was E50.00😢. 

She put it back in her shirt pocket and pressed the alarm button outside the gate, the lady who was their maid opened it. She had a very stylish uniform, it was red in color, she was in her 40's, her name was Susan.
