I had a rough night plainly because I had to dig deep into eighteen years back. I had no time to waste, so I decided to treat a year in a day. My puffy eyes were beneath the glasses I wore. After arriving at the office, I went in to see boss.
"I am around Sir." I said as I turned to leave.
"Emm. Ewa, I apologize for the insults I hurled on you. The truth is I was very angry." He said as I smiled and walked closer to him.
"Something got stolen, right?" I whispered as he stared before nodding slowly. I knew it! It must be something secretive.
"Boss, I am here to help you. Tell me what you need to do." I said as I sat down. He smiled in response before moving closer.
"You want to know why I requested for a guard? Here it is. From an unknown source, I heard my past was going to be dug. The file they stole is an inkling to the truth in that information
