I knew bringing up my pack was risky, but the project could help me figure out what happened and even learn a thing or two about reviving Blackwood. As long as Kierian didn’t remember, I could keep my secret a secret. Most importantly, this would be a huge advantage to me.

“So, it is settled, we use Blackwood as the focus point of our project?” I asked, while shifting my gaze back and forth, hoping I didn’t seem too eager.

“Sounds like a good idea to me.” Liam shrugged as if he didn’t care one way or another.

“I think it is a brilliant idea. There is nothing in the rules that says we can’t use a Pack that experienced a similar downfall. As long as we don’t use the actual Pack for the assignment, we should be good. It is exciting to be able to solve a mystery that has been floating around the school for the last year.
