FAZER LOGIN“Zion,” I mutter. “If you don’t get your filthy hands off of me, you will not like the result.” “You used to beg for these filthy hands,” he murmurs. I am shocked by his words, and when I look up to look at him, the desire is unmistakable.“I prefer cleaner hands now,” I reply. His eyes flash in anger. “Let’s see about that.” “What do you mean by that?” I ask. “Come to my home, and I will make you forget about all the clean hands that have been on you.” I lick my lips without even knowing it. My heart thunders, and I hate it. I hate the way I hate Zion, but my body doesn’t. “I will never sleep with you again.” He smirks slightly and steps even closer to my personal space, not caring about everyone in the room. “Who said anything about sleeping?” Before I can say anything, he walks away, and I look at his retreating figure, feeling a wetness I haven’t felt in a long time. And it has to be for the man I am going to destroy. ______ At 22, Alana is the young, loyal and brilliant PA to the rising young billionaire heir Zion Koh Foster. She falls for the young billionaire quietly, and he falls for her even harder. But then there is a corporate betrayal that shakes the Foster empire. Zion is manipulated into believing that Alana was a snitch planted to give information to their rivals. He destroys her publicly. Ashamed, she leaves, but years later, she returns, but not as his assistant, but as the woman who can take everything from him. And that is exactly what she wants.

"Alana, the boss is looking for you," Emily tells me.
I nod. "Has the meeting started already?"
She shrugs. "I have no idea, but he did call for an emergency board meeting, and he has been asking for you."
I walk to the boardroom, trying to hide the smile on my face. The thought of seeing Zion, and having to pretend like I didn't get up from his bed, and my thighs aren't a little shaky, makes me giddy.
I take a deep breath, swallow, and I enter the office. The first thing I notice is the shift in the air.
Everyone turns to look at me, but I put a polite smile on my face, and I turn to Zion. "Emily said you've been calling for me."
His gaze is on me, and his jaw is clenched. “You think I do not know what you are, Alana?”
I pause, fully confused.
“Don’t act all confused now,” he says again.
By now, everyone in the boardroom is looking at me. All twelve pairs of eyes are on me. I can’t help but feel a shiver run down my spine. “I do not understand, Zi-”
“Sir!” He interrupts. “You will address me as such.” I freeze.
Yes, he was my boss, but we were not only close to each other in age, but we had become even more than friends. This morning, we might have come in separate vehicles, but I had been in his bed.
We were official. I straighten my back. “I do not understand what you are talking about, sir.”
He glares at me, and my heart breaks. It is devoid of the love he had told me he felt for me just this morning. The way he looks at me makes me want to run the other way, but I don’t cower, especially with the number of people looking at me.
The boardroom is now so quiet that you can even hear a pin drop.
“Tell me now that you are not the one who has been selling secret information about my company out,” he coldly says.
My eyes widen in shock. “What?”
I hear a gasp, but I do not turn to look at where it is coming from. “Of course, I am not the one.”
Zion scoffs in disbelief. “Internal files leaked to a competitor,” he continues, sliding a folder across the table. “Confidential projections. Acquisition plans.”
My stomach drops. “That is not possible,” I quietly say.
His gaze sharpens. “Then explain why every fucking trace leads back to you.”
I pause because I have no idea.
I barely even had time for my personal life. I mean, I fell in love with my literal boss.
When will I be able to execute such plans?
And why will I do such?
I have always loved my job. Not everyone comes out of college and immediately gets a job, especially in one of the most prestigious companies in the world.
A murmur spread across the room, and I can feel it. The great shift.
As they pass the folder that apparently has my name written over it, I can see the trust they once had turning into suspicion.
Just like that, I am no longer an employee of Foster Industries.
I am now the enemy.
My chest pounds, and I can feel the tears well up in my eyes. “Zion,” I call out to him.
He glares at me, and I correct myself. “Sir. You know me. I would never do this.”
For a second, there is a flicker of hesitation, and it seems as though he might understand, but it all dashes away when he replies, “I thought I did.”
My hands are now shaking. Everyone in the boardroom is looking at me, and I am a minute away from turning into a blubbering mess.
“Get your things and get the hell away from my company,” he says flatly. “Security will escort you out.”I am in shock.
“I would never betray you or your company,” I try again.
He sneers. “The only reason you are not being escorted right now with handcuffs on your arms is because of the respect I once had for you. So I will advise you to get the hell out of this boardroom.”
His words hit me harder than anything else. He does not even hesitate to get me out of his life in the most embarrassing way. He did it without even hearing from my side.
True to his word, Sam and Daniel, two of the security personnel, are outside waiting for me. I can see the pity in their eyes, so I look away. The stares from everyone in the company don’t even make it better.
They make me want to peel my skin off.
Sam and Daniel follow behind me closely as I pack all my belongings. All my office files and gadgets have all been taken from me. I walk out of the floor with heaviness in my heart, and I realise that the tears are now dripping.
I look back one more time, and I see him, and in that moment, I realise that he did not just believe I betrayed him and the company...He chose to.
I turn back as I continue walking away.
When I am finally out of the building, I am sure that I look like a mess. Sam and Daniel had offered to carry my box for me, but I didn’t want that.
I want to remember this day.
Not just this day, this shame. Sam orders a ride for me, and I can’t decline. I thank him even though I am a sobbing mess.
As I enter the car, I looked up at the name FOSTER INDUSTRIES. And I know without a doubt that I will be back. But I won’t be the one disgraced anymore.
“Where to?” my driver asks me, pulling me away from my thoughts. I tell him, and he nods as we drive in silence.
Zion Koh Foster...
I will be back.
*ONE WEEK LATER* *Zion* I should be happy that this past week was quiet, but it all felt like a calm before the storm. I do not know why, but I have this feeling that something big will be happening this week. I can only hope it is something positive for my family's company. My best friend, Landon, comes into my office. "The board meeting will be happening in an hour, right?" I nod. He takes a seat, and I ask the question that has been in my mind for a long time. "Have you found anything?" "About the company that seems to be out for Foster Industries?" he asks. I nod. He shakes his head. "Nada. It almost seems like everybody they are working with has been paid to be silent." "Even the ones they have been signing contracts with?" I can't help but ask. "Especially them," he replies. "How the fuck is an anonymous company having this many people behind their backs?" Landon taps his head on my table. "That is exactly what I've been trying to figure out, but it seems li
*Zion* The company that seems out for my blood remains unknown, and it annoys me even more than I want to admit. My parents haven't started questioning me yet, but I know it is only a matter of time before they do. They will remind me of why I am the Foster heir, and frankly, that is not what I want, which is why, when I walk into the office, the secretary is hot on my heels. "Sir, the emergency meeting has already started." I want nothing more than to run my hands through my hair, but I don't do that. Instead, I give her a tight nod, and I head to our boardroom. Everyone is already seated aside from one empty seat. "Is there a problem?" I can't help but ask when I see the grave faces on everyone’s faces. “I’m guessing you haven’t heard the news yet, then,” Rita, my sales manager, says. That leaves me confused, and she slides what looks like an article my way. My eyebrows furrow in confusion. I raise the article to read. When I read what is in front of me, my eyes widen. “
*Zion*"Good morning, sir. The board members are already waiting for you," my secretary tells me."My parents included?" I ask."Yes, sir," she replies.I nod and head straight to the boardroom. We are having an emergency. Of course, we are. This is the second deal we are losing in the week, and we haven't even reached Thursday.I enter the boardroom, and I say, "Sorry, I'm late. I had to take care of some things.""Like what?" my father asks."I had a meeting with the Harpers today," I reply. He nods in understanding. After all, this is a deal that we have all been looking forward to.I am about to speak when there is a knock on the door. My secretary steps inside, and the look on her face makes me think whatever she wants to deliver is not good."Mr Foster, the Harpers want to speak to you," she says. That leaves me confused. "On the phone?"She shakes her head. "No, sir. They are here."Every member of the board is confused."Didn't you just have a meeting with them?" my mother ask
*Alana*I wipe my tears with the back of my hand. There is no time to cry.I've been crying for weeks, and it has solved nothing, yet.I take a shaky breath, trying to calm myself. The tests in front of me are still POSITIVE, and I want nothing more than to pull my hair strand by strand.Pregnant and jobless.I don't know if I am fit for this. No, scratch that. There is no way I am fit for this. There is no way I am raising a child, let alone HIS.I hold onto the tests that now hold my fate in their hands, even though they have no idea.I do not even have a job yet, and based on the fact that I am now blacklisted, I will not be getting that job anytime soon. How am I supposed to raise a baby without being able to fund one?I also have to meet Zion, and it isn't something I thought I would do.Without forcing myself to think too much about it, I grab my phone with shaky hands and I dial his number. The call doesn't go through.I try again, but I can tell he has me blocked.I try my se
