Chapter Seventy Six

Alex:

Nothing could have ever prepared me for this cause—honestly, it was a scene I couldn't have imagined.

"I told you coming here was a bad idea," Shadow said as I stood there, stunned and silent.

"But—"

I was utterly speechless, unable to find the right words to say. I didn't know exactly what I was expecting when I left the alpha's Damian pack, but I certainly wasn't expecting to see my father in such a compromising situation with women who weren't my mother.

He was a man I had always looked up to in my head, even when I hadn't met him, but now the respect and admiration I once held for him have wavered, replaced by shock.

Before my mother fell in love with Alpha Damian, she had remained loyal to my father and had no other man in her life, so I had expected the same fidelity from him. Seeing him with other women now made me question everything I had thought about him.

"Hey, are you coming in or not?" A warrior spoke sharply, pulling me out of my confusion. I nodded, trying to push
