LOGINSERENA
The minute I stepped out of Havoc's private hall as it was called, I placed my hand to my fast beating chest. This was the second time I was this very close to him, the first being at the coffee shop. I hated the way I was feeling each time I'm close to him or I think about him. Yes, I dislike him...I've told myself this countless number of times, then, why were my cheeks warm? Why did I feel my belly fluttering? After he had deliberately made me wait for hours, what I should feel for him now should be complete hatred not my body doing the complete opposite. My phone rang snapping me off my thoughts. It was Willa. "Hey, baby. I'm on my way already." I said, going down the stairs, my mind trying to remember the direction towards the bar. It would be easier for me to get outside from there. "Did something bad happen? You had me very concerned." "Trust me, you shouldn't. I was... Infact when I get back." I would not want to insult Havoc while I was still in his clubhouse. There might be cameras everywhere watching me right now. "Alright, I'm waiting. If you don't show up in the next thirty minutes, I'm going to the cops." "Thirty minutes is too long. Make it ten." I chuckled, before ending the call. Where was I? I asked myself when I found myself in a different space entirely. It was much wider than the bar area. It was more like a combination of a bar and a living room...different sizes of couches, a bar counter, a pool table, more than three round tables...the list goes on and on. The walls were decorated with the club logo, pictures of naked women, bike parts. The heavy metal song in the background coupled with the noise coming mostly from the biker men and few women, made my head throb. I was glad that amidst the happy chaos, I was able to find an exit door. "Miss Voss! Miss Voss!" I heard someone shout my name when I was halfway to the door. I hope it wasn't Havoc again. That man should leave me the hell alone. Do you know what? I think I'm going to just ignore whoever that was. Pretend like I didn't hear the person. "Miss Voss!" Another shout. I closed my eyes briefly for a moment before turning to the person calling me. I was stunned to see a young boy with an apron on whatever he was wearing under and a bandana tied over his head, carrying a tray having a plate properly covered, a bottle water and a canned soda. "Thank goodness, it's you. Flames would have had my head for breakfast tomorrow." I was still trying to know why I was being served food at this very moment. "Uhmm, who is that for?" I asked, wanting to be sure first. "You." He pushed the tray to me. "What's that?" "Food." "I know, I mean what's inside the covered plate?" "Grilled chicken laps, French fries with a sprinkle of shredded cheese and pickled vegetables." My stomach rumbled at the dinner combination, thanks to the music and noise for making it inaudible. "Okay, can you uhmm...like pack it up? My friend is outside and I don't want to keep her waiting." I said, knowing it would take me more than twenty minutes to finish that food, it was best I take it home instead. "No issues, please give me two minutes." The young boy came back in less than two minutes with a big sized paper bag. "Thank you. And by the way who sent you?" I took the paper bag from his hand. "Flames, he's my boss and the head cook of the club." Flames, that name doesn't ring a bell at all. I haven't forgotten everyone I've met both yesterday and today...never met any Flames. Already tired with a throbbing headache and an empty stomach, I chose not to move further with my questions. I would meet this Flames next time and thank him. Maybe he probably knew me from somewhere. "Thank him for me too." With that, I moved quickly towards the exit door that was open now. Gosh, finally. I sighed a breath of relief the moment I was outside. "Serena, is that you?" A voice that sounded so family called from behind me. I spun around. It was Zoey. "It's you." She was moving toward me now. "You're still here?" "Yes," I responded wearily. "The president made me wait for five hours before I took his own fittings." "Oh, I'm sorry about that. Havoc can be a handful sometimes." "It's fine." "I was just surprised to see you here 'cause my mother in-law usually closes everyone by six and this is almost seven thirty." Her mentioning Chanel's name instantly hit me... I should have given Chanel her notebook before now. "Is everything alright?" Zoey must have noticed my facial expression. "Ye..no. The notebook where I had recorded the measurements of the bikers Chanel selected today, I was meant to return it to her." "You can give it to me, Serena. You don't need to fret," she said with a calming smile. "I will explain everything to her." "Thank you, thank you very much, Zoey." I gave her the notebook, still thanking her. I would have entered Chanel's bad books without even realizing it. All thanks to Havoc. Today was only the second day and he was already making life difficult for me... I hope I don't die of exhaustion before my three months contract ends. I got to Willa's apartment minutes later, collapsing on the nearest sofa as soon as I entered, dropping both my hand bag and that paper bag containing food on the floor. "Serena, my goodness." Willa sounded alert. "Are you okay?" "Yeah, o'course." "Did you take measurements of the whole clubhouse?" "I wish, at least it would have been more explainable than waiting for five hours doing nothing." Thinking of the time I wasted waiting for Havoc got me pissed all over the again. "Why didn't you come back, then?" "The president decided to be an annoying bastard." I said in a raised voice in spite of my headache. "Huh? I don't understand at all." I went ahead to tell her everything that happened today except the part where my body went into overdrive when I was close to him. "Hmmm, that's odd." Willa said quietly. "Odd?" This wasn't the reply I was expecting from her. "Yes. It's being what...two days you went to that clubhouse and you have this level of resentment towards the president. That's super odd...and that's why I will still ask you this question for the second time, have you two met each other before now? Maybe he did something terrible to you." If only Willa knew I was the terrible one here for absolutely hating a man because I was attracted to him and he didn't feel same. "I.... We..." I was thinking I would never tell Willa of the coffee incident, but at this point, it seemed inevitable. "Yes, we have." "I knew it!" She said, jamming her hands together. "Spill, girl!" "I will, right after I've showered." I stood up from the sofa. A cold shower could calm my head a bit before I go for some painkillers. "Take your time, baby. We have all night." "Did you cook something?" "Nope, but I bought pizza. We can make do with that." She said with a shoulder shrug. "You can add..." I pointed at the paper bag on the floor. "It's from the club." After I was done taking my bath, I put on my pyjamas and went to the living room. "Over here, Serena." Willa said from the dining area. She had set up everything already. As soon as we sat down to start eating, Willa cleared her throat. "Okay, Serena... That 'How you met the president' conversation." "At the coffee shop, two weeks ago..." I began, taking a generous scoop of French fries and putting in my mouth. This best friend of mine listened all though without interrupting till I was done. "That's it." I cracked open the soda can, taking only a sip. "I still don't get it, Serena." "Ugh, Willa." I set my fork I was about using to pick pieces of the chicken lap. "Why pour coffee on him and also be mean at the same time?" "Fine, I was attracted to him." I blurted out. A sudden gasp left Willa's lips followed by, "aww, love at first sight. That's really cute." "Love? Oh please, it was only mere infatuation." "You say?" She asked with her mouth stuffed up with chicken and vegetables. "Yes, Willa. I thought men like him only existed in movies. He has a Jason Momoa kind of body with a Michele Morrone kind of face." "Daaamn," She drawled, biting her lips. "Drogo and Massimo in one body is ohhh..." "I was thrown off balance the minute I saw him. To cover up my embarrassment of staring at him, I chose not to apologize." "You were eye fucking him," she said with a giggle. "You must have drenched your panties that day." "I was on my fucking ovulation..." I was laughing now. "Oops, intense drenching. Hope your juices didn't drip on the floor." "Damn you, Willa...." I said with an eye roll which made her laugh hysterically. "Now I understand why you claim to hate him. You think he's not attracted to you." "I don't think, Willa. I know." I said firmly. "You might be wrong though..." She burped quietly under her breath. "...'xcuse me. As I was saying, what if he feels same way." "Havoc feel same way? Impossible. That man has a fucking harem of women...different sizes and shapes." "It doesn't matter, Serena. You've got a unique body shape...big boobs, slim waist, curvy ass... you're not too tall or too short. Try seducing him, girl. Know what he has down there." She added with a wink. "Oh no, that would be so dumb of me, 'cause he'll laugh at me at first, probably fuck me and laugh at me again. I don't think I can live through that kind of embarrassment." "But there's no harm in trying. You only live once." "And I'll live right." We were done eating so I chose to clear the trash off the table while Willa carried the plates to the kitchen. "Imagine a combination of Drogo's and Massimo's cocks..." We were currently in the bedroom. I was on the bed and Willa was on the couch. "I'm not fucking Havoc. Case closed." I yawned, covered my mouth. "I have a long day tomorrow. Goodnight, Wil." "Sleep tight, baby. Don't dream of him though..." Never. I thought...but his face was the first thing I saw the minute I closed my eyes.KNOXXI didn't exactly see her the moment I entered. But I did notice some movements at the very end of the garage where she was, I suppose. I took my steps very lightly, making sure she didn't hear me as I got closer to the end. Despite the garage's poor lighting, I was able to still see.I've caught sight of her now. She was crouched beside the last bike close to the wall, her phone in one hand with its torchlight turned on. She was seriously checking out the bike as if she had seen it somewhere, wait...I was seeing an image of the same bike on her phone screen. "Shit!" She breathed out a quiet curse when something slipped out her purse and rolled under the bike. She rose to her feet, bent over the bike, forcing her naked ass cheeks straight to my face...Holy fuck! They were round, smooth and very plump....not forgetting to put bubble-like. She wasn't wearing anything under this whole time... 'Focus, Knoxx, focus. This is not why you're here.' I mentally hit myself. She had pick
KNOXXIf I had known, I would have listened to my instincts and stayed in my room as I've always done during club parties. Ax was the one who did the convincing."Do you always have to be a no fun person, Havoc?" This was a conversation between us hours ago before the party."I'm the club's president, Ax. The time I'll spend partying away, I could use that for more important things. Are you not seeing what's going on?" The important things here, I mean playing chess alone and mentally using it to figure how to destroy enemies of the club, or finishing up Sun Tzu's The Art of War that I was reading last night...or adding some shit to my notes, haven't written in close to two months now."Don't make me laugh, Havoc. And just this one night, you'll find all the solutions to the club's problems." "Nothing is impossible, Ax." I squeezed my coffee cup and threw it into the nearest bin. It was barely six pm in the evening and this was my ninth cup for today, would definitely have two or thr
SERENA"Hope you're okay?" Zoey must have noticed how I went totally quiet...her doctor instincts, I guess. She'd be thinking that the shot must have taken a toll on me. The vodka or whatever that was inside was awful but it wasn't the reason why I was shaken. The reason was on the other side of the hall."Of course, I'm okay." I forced a smile, despite the bitter and harsh taste stuck to my tongue. The cocktails, I believe, that Layla had ordered was brought to our table."Here," Layla gave me one glass which had an orange slice placed on its rim. "It is called Sex on the Beach." "I hope it's not as terrible as..." I made a distasteful face while gesturing at my empty shot glass."Nope, it's very mild, you may not even taste the vodka in it."I sipped a little first to confirm. She didn't lie. It was sweet, having peach blended with orange kind of taste which made me want another sip immediately. While enjoying myself with a glass of Sex on the Beach, I haven't forgotten that I woul
SERENAZoey: Serena, don't tell me you bailed out last minute. Layla: maybe, she did. I've been trying to call her, but she hasn't picked up. Party started thirty minutes ago.Me: of course not, ladies. Layla, I apologize for not picking up, I was getting ready...and I'm on my way already.I took a quick picture of my boots and sent to the group chat consisting of Layla, Zoey and I... Delilah's phone was having screen issues, she'd be joining the group later when her phone gets fixed. The cab that I was in finally got to the gates of the clubhouse. I was expecting to hear loud, vibrating music from inside, but I didn't. Right in front of the gate, everywhere was damn quiet. Layla said party has begun...maybe I should go in first to confirm.I was out of the cab already, by the widow of the passenger's seat, my right hand stretched out to the driver to pay for my ride. Two minutes passed, he hasn't taken the money from my hands. I wasn't even looking at him until I drifted my eyes to
SERENAThis week has been stress-free in a way. I had only jacket designs for the old ladies to work on which I used the whole of Wednesday to create. And I went to the club house on Thursday to go check on the progress of Harper and her team as Chanel had told me. The main thing I was looking forward to this week was the club party happening this Saturday. Since I would not be busy today being Friday, I decided it would be a perfect time for me to going back to my apartment, get some of my clothes and other stuff."Willa, I'm heading home.""Why? Am I making you uncomfortable? If it's the Havoc talk, fine, I will stop." This best friend of mine suddenly became alert."Willa, oh my God, look at the way you're freaked out" I laughed. "I'm only going to get some important stuff. I'm coming back today.""Thank goodness. You had me thinking deep for a moment.""But you know I won't stay with you forever. I'll have to move out someday...""Yes, to your husband's house. Or Havoc's, maybe."
KNOXX It's been two days of torturing the two idiots who tried to ambush my club members and I on our way coming back from a ride to MOA. Yet they have chosen to keep their mouths shut as to who sent them. The club's doctor, Philip, was on always on standby, ready to stitch and clean them up.It was presently the night of day two."Do you think they will talk?" Ax asked while Blade made a new whip from the ones he destroyed on their bodies. The two men were tied up to a long pole, their hands together and their bodies hanging on the air. Ax and Blade were the ones doing the punishing while I stood and watched. The basement which was out of bounds to the rest of the clubhouse, was the usual place where the club's captives were thoroughly dealt with."One way or the other, they have no choice." I said in response. "From the look of things, these bastards have chosen to die. They have decided not to say shit." Ax hissed. The death part was what I was avoiding...reason why I didn't wan
