Chapter 41: Brunch

I woke up from the most gorgeous sleep ever the next morning. It was pitch black and for a moment I was confused until I remembered the blackout curtains around the bed.

The way Lee was breathing indicates that he's still asleep. I decided to let him be. I felt around for my phone and slipped out of bed.

It's actually a beautiful, sunny day. For once the sun doesn't bother me.

I went out and stood on the balcony. The property was truly amazing. From where I was, I could see several giant pools, a tennis court, a few fire pits, lots of furniture, and a freakin helicopter.
