Chapter 21

Marissa sat on the bed beside Sonia, they are both in Sonia's room.

Sonia just finished explaining everything to Marissa, she started from when Mr Gilbert said he should be their nanny.

"This is so pathetic, the offer is great but the stress and maltreatment will be too much." Marissa pitied.

"Yes, I have thought of that but I can't back out because it came with a threat."

"That's bad but I don't blame you for their fight, they wanted to show the most powerful among themselves. Please make sure you don't disappoint Mr Gilbert because I know he has a reason for doing that."

"Why did you say that?." Sonia asked knitting her brows together.

"You won't understand but do as I advised, I need to go now, I have a lot to do." Marissa said and stood up.

"Learn how to be a nanny for all." she added before walking out.

"Oops, I need to rest now before everybody comes back." She thought, she climbed to the upper part of the bed, then she laid.
