“What?”

“You heard me,” Gianna said to the housekeeper, “I want you to burn the flowers.”

The new housekeeper wasn’t sure why her boss was so mad, it was a recurring thing these past few days. Gianna stormed off and into her room, where she dropped her purse on the floor. The night was quiet, too quiet, not after her whole world had been torn apart.
