“Why donate them? Alex’s clothes can still be used for his younger sibling later,” Martin disagreed with his wife’s decision.

“Martin, for his sibling later we can buy new ones. It wouldn’t be fair if Julia’s baby is given used things like these,” Elizabeth explained softly.

“For our own child, dear. So we don’t need to buy new baby supplies again.”

Elizabeth let out a small laugh, masking the pain in her heart. “I’m still traumatized by giving birth. Besides, the delivery costs aren’t even paid yet. The interest grows every month, plus a ten percent fine if we’re late. And I can’t bear to look at Alex’s clothes. That’s why I want to donate them to the orphanage.
