I don’t know what it is, but the moment his hand touched the side of my body, an electrifying feeling from the pit of my stomach came surging inside. My heart palpitated uncontrollably, almost giving me a hiccup.

I swallowed hard, trying to control what my gut told me now. I couldn’t see what

he looked like because of his mask.

Our breaths mingled as our faces came close. My cheeks burned as we stared. I can only see his eyes, and it’s telling me something.

His hooded storm-grey eyes surveyed me like a contemptuous bird of prey. It’s intimidating yet longing. He clenches his jaw while our bodies sway in the rhythm of the music in our background.

Our eyes locked, and I couldn’t take my eyes away from him. It feels like I am being swept away with a beautiful feeling I didn’t feel before.

His hearty-shaped lips were familiar, and it seemed like I had tasted them. His chiseled face, perfect long nose, and neck were talking to me.
