I won’t be uploading chapters today because I wanted to pause and address something before we move forward.

I’ve been reading through your comments and reviews, and I see the concerns being raised. Some of you feel the story is moving too slowly; others feel it’s not fully living up to its title or to my previous books. Some have mentioned that Sierra feels too emotional or weak at this stage, that Noah is frustrating, or that parts of the story feel confusing.

I want you to know that I hear you. Your feedback matters to me, and I appreciate the honesty.

Over the past week, I’ve also realized that life pulled my focus in many directions, and as a result, this story hasn’t flowed as clearly or as strongly as I originally envisioned.

My intention for this book was always to tell a slow-burn story, one where you witness Sierra’s growth from vulnerability into strength and where Noah is forced to confront the truth and fight for what he truly wants. I should have communicated that more clearly from the beginning, and I understand now how that may have shaped expectations differently.

So here’s where I’d love your input.

At this point, I have a clearer head and more creative space, and I’m considering the best way forward for the story. One option is to continue as we are while tightening the pacing as we go. Another option is to pause briefly and rewrite the book from the beginning while keeping the foundation of the story intact.

If you go for a rewrite, I’ll talk to my editor so we can ensure it does not affect any chapters you’ve already unlocked. You wouldn’t need to unlock anything again, only revisit the revised chapters.

I truly value your opinions, and I appreciate everyone who has taken the time to share feedback. Your voices help me grow as a writer and at the end of the day, my goal is to deliver the best possible version of this story, where it stays true to its vision while also being enjoyable to read.
