Amelie’s POV
I can’t believe Madison is here. Of course, she would know that we’re in Hawaii. PR for Michaels Investment Group has been posting to Instagram a few pictures that Nathan had sent them. All she would have to do is check Nathan's or my Instagram.
I just don’t understand how she knew we were going to be at this particular resort. I’m sure if her father’s convention had been at a different resort, she wouldn’t have insisted on coming.
“So, as you requested, Mrs. Michaels, we have removed all of the feather pillows and quilts from your suite,” Armand advised, smiling.
“But, I…” I started to say.
“Thank you, Armand,” Nathan quickly said.
I looked at him, puzzled. Nathan put his finger up to his lips to motion, Shhh. I nodded.
“Your bags have already been delivered to your suite,” Armand informed. “You are on the club level. C
Nathan’s POV“Ok, Michaels, one more stop,” I advised. We all piled back into the car. Marcus, this time, dropped us off in front of the hospital.“Why are we at the hospital?” Logan asked.“Your mum is going in for an ultrasound to make sure if the babies are ok, and we decided to find out what we’re having if they can tell,” I declared.“Oh my gosh!” Eliza squealed. “We get to find out if they are boys or girls?”“It’s a little early, but if they can see them,” Amelie answered, “we will find out.”“Can I please come into the ultrasound?” Eliza pleaded, putting her hands together.“Yes, you can, if you would like,” Amelie told her. “Boys, if you don’t want to come in, that’s fine. Here is some money. You can grab some food in the café.”“You don’t have to ask us twice,” Zander chuckled. The boys headed to the café, and we headed to Dr. Williams' office on the fourth floor. Cecily greeted us with a big smile.“Dr. and Mrs. Michael, it looks like you have a guest,” Cecily said, smiling
Amelie’s POVWe are currently on our way to Maine to pick up Logan and move him back home. I’m so glad that he decided to go to the same prep school as Zander and will be living at home. Eliza is literally bouncing up and down in her seat on the airplane because she’s so excited that Logan is coming home. I know it’s been a big adjustment for them both since their parents passed away six months ago, but today is going to be a huge day for them. I smiled to myself, and Nathan looked over at me.“What are you smiling about, kitten?” Nathan asked.“Just the surprises this afternoon,” I replied.“You really don’t think we should tell them?” Nathan questioned.“No, I want both things to be a surprise,” I answered. “I want to see the joy on their faces.”“Ok, if you really want to keep it a secret, I’m ok with it,” Nathan grinned.Nathan reached over and rubbed my belly. My ever-growing belly. I already feel huge. Dr. Williams said I’m where I should be for triplets, maybe a tiny bit larger
Nathan’s POVWhy does it feel like I licked sandpaper? Oh yeah, I smirked, purple. How can I remember that, but can’t remember how I got home and into bed? It must have been Amelie. I smiled at the thought. I turned my head to the side and opened my eyes. Ugh… why is it so bright? I squeezed my eyes shut again.“Turn off the lights,” I grumbled.“Good morning, sunshine,” Amelie said perkily. I didn’t have to open my eyes to see her to know that she was grinning like the Cheshire cat. “That light is the sun.”“Turn off the sun,” I chuckled.“Sorry, babes, no can do,” Amelie laughed. “How does your head feel?”“Like I got it caught between a rock and a hard place,” I mumbled.“Well, you shouldn’t have been so daring during the foursome we had with Tiff and Samuel,” Amelie stated.“What?” I said, my eyes flew open, and then I squinted at the light.“You don’t remember?” Amelie said, straight-faced. “Tiff suggested it at the party, and you were all for it. I've got to say that Samuel is p
Amelie’s POVTiff’s birthday was amazing. The boys kept shouting ‘Purple!’ all the time. They were quite wasted. Actually, all of them were wasted. It was quite entertaining. Being pregnant and the only sober one at the party is very funny. After the kids left the party, they started playing the game, Never Have I Ever. Shots were being downed left, right, and center. I was laughing my ass off. I have NEVER seen most of them drunk. Especially Tiff. She was a wild woman. Tiff also confessed that she and Samuel were indeed a couple, but they were keeping it on the down low for now.“I knew it!” I squealed.“Shh, we don’t want anyone to know,” Tiff said, smiling.“So when did it start?” I whispered.“California,” Tiff stated. “Holy fuck, California was… wild.”“How wild?” I asked.“Like, he has the biggest dick I’ve ever seen in my life, wild,” Tiff giggled, slurring her words. “Like super kinky, big dick stuff in a club, wild.”“What?” I asked, surprised.“I liked it,” Tiff giggled. “Do
Amelie’s POVI think I’m scarred for life. I think I’ve never been so embarrassed in my life. Tiff and Samuel heard us having sex. After the discussion at lunch, I’m surprised Nathan isn’t crouched in the corner, a shell of a man. The thought made me giggle.Nathan shot me a look from the hammock. “What was that for?” Nathan asked.“I was just thinking about this afternoon,” I revealed.“Please don’t, I’m trying to forget it,” Nathan chuckled.“Oh, schmoopie,” I said, smiling from the large round lounger by the pool.Eliza, Marcella, Logan, and Marco were currently splashing around in our pool. The main pool was closed for a few hours, and they all decided to come over and invade ours. When they found out our pool was glass-bottomed, they all decided they may never leave. They all have on their snorkel gear and are looking at all the fish on the outside of the pool.“Mummy!” Eliza declared. “This is the coolest thing ever!”“Really?” I said, as I stood up and walked towards the pool.
Amelie’s POVAfter a late breakfast and a discussion about Isabella’s fate with Nathan, I headed upstairs to talk to Zander. I didn’t care that Nathan was going to talk to him; he was my brother, and I’m sure he would open up to me more than anyone.I entered the suite, and he was sitting on the couch in his moping position. I’ve seen it several times in his life, and it was easy to recognize. When something didn’t go his way, he’d slouch on the couch, bowl of chips beside him and TV remote in hand.“What’s up, baby bro?” I asked, plunking down on the couch beside him.“Everything,” he mumbled.“So, what is going on?” I questioned.“Isabella and I have been staying up all night, sitting on the beach, talking about life,” Zander stated.“Oh, that’s kind of interesting,” I replied.“It was,” Zander sighed. “She’s the most interesting person I’ve ever met in my life. Isabella is so… perfect.”“Zander, do you like, like her?” I questioned.“I love her, Ame,” Zander said, smiling.“Love is
