LOGINI woke up with a start, my body aching in places I didn't want to think about. The room smelled like sex and the silk sheets felt cool on my skin. For a second, I wondered if it had all been a dream, some crazy dream caused by desperation and too much alcohol.
But then I moved, and the pain in my thighs, soreness in my throat reminded me of every command, every dirty word and promise Alexander had whispered in my ears the night before. Shame washed over me, hot and quick but under it was something else. Desire. A need and I hated myself for feeling that.
I turned over and saw Alexander already awake, sitting in a chair by the window with his coffee. He was perfectly dressed, in an immaculate white shirt over well ironed black suit trouser. He looked at me, calm, like he hadn't spent the night breaking me apart.
“You're awake”, He said smoothly, his voice low and relaxed, like he had been waiting for this. His eyes was bright. “Good, get up”.
I slowly sat up, pulling the sheets around myself without thinking.
“Don't do that”, Alexander said sharply. “Drop it”.
I froze, my heart beating fast, “What?”
“The sheet, let it go”.
My face turned bright red, “I'm not going to—“
“You don't get to hide from me”, Alexander cut in, his voice smooth but firm. “Last night wasn't just sex, Ethan, It was a lesson and we're just getting started”.
I swallowed hard and forced myself to let the sheet fall, leaving me naked in the morning light. I felt exposed and humiliated and Alexander smiled, like he enjoyed it.
“Good boy. You will learn how to be comfortable in your skin when you’re with me, then you will never feel the need to hide from me”
The words made my stomach tighten with shame and something darker that I didn't want to admit.
Alexander stood up and walked over, filling the room. He set his coffee down and raised my chin up with one finger, “Do you know why men fail in this city?” His voice was low, intimate, and almost mean. “Because they lie to themselves about what they want. You're different, Ethan. You're already breaking…and you like it.
“I don't—“I started, but Alexander stopped me with a finger on my lips.
“Liar”.
I should have pushed him away. I should have gotten up, put on my clothes, and left the place without looking back but instead, I stayed, my heart beating fast, waiting for what would happen.
Breakfast was served by quiet staff in a bright dining room. Alexander sat at the head of the table, looking perfect in his outfit, while I sat naked to his right, my face turning red with embarrassment as waiters brought food.
Every time someone set a plate down, I felt sick. No one said anything, but the silence was worse than if they had laughed. I felt like I was on display.
Alexander quietly cut his salmon, looking at me anytime I turned red with shame. “you should learn to own it” he said while chewing, “you have a nice body, you shouldn’t be ashamed of it” he said casually, like he was talking about the weather
‘Eat, I won’t like it if you get too skinny”. He picked up a grape and held it out. “Open up”.I stared at him.
“Don't make me say it again”.
Slowly, I opened my mouth, and he put the grape on my tongue. His eyes never left my face. I chewed, my heart beating fast.
“That's better”, he said, pleased. “See? Being obedient can be nice”.
The rest of the day was a painfully slow. Alexander had meetings, but he didn't let me leave the place. I was just waiting, always guessing. When he came back, he found me pacing by the window.
“Impatient”, he said. “Good, waiting makes the lesson better”.
The lesson came in bits and pieces, commands, dirty words whispered in my ear, long periods of silence where Alexander just watched me until I couldn't take it anymore. It was mind games, and he was good at it.
By nightfall, I was on edge. I hated the guy. I wanted him and when Alexander finally touched me again, I almost cried in thanks.
But it was torture, for hours Alexander's hands were everywhere but where I wanted them. Fingers touching my throat, my thighs, my hip but never going far enough. Every time I moved or tried to pull those hands where I wanted them, his voice stopped me.
“Be still”, he ordered. “You'll come when I say you're ready, not before”.
My eyes went wild with shame and arousal mixing together in my blood. I was hard and aching, wanting his touch. The teasing was too much, burning through me. My breathing was fast, wanting it so badly.
“Please”, I finally said.
Alexander smiled, amused, “That wasn't so hard, was it?”
When he finally wrapped his hand around my hard painful cock, he was firm, without mercy, I came apart immediately. My body shook, I came so hard I thought I might pass out. I cried out, loud and out of control, my whole body shaking as I lost it in Alexander's grip.
After, I felt humiliated and amazing all at once. I fell back on the sheets, hot and sweaty, Alexander leaned down, his breath on my ear “You know what I see when I look at you?” he whispered. “A man who's about to be mine”.
I shook, “I'm not yours, and this is purely an arrangement”.
Alexander laughed, “You already are, you just don't know it yet”.
Later that night, Alexander told me to get dressed, not in my own clothes, but to choose from the wheels of black suits brought in by his designers.
“Choose any you like, my designer made them just for you” I tried them on and they were perfect, almost as if it was sewn on my body, I felt weird knowing this had all been planned before I even got here.“Where are we going?” I asked carefully.
Alexander didn't answer, he just fixed his cufflinks and glanced back with a smile. “Don’t forget you're quiet unless I say so. You're just there to be seen”.
His driver drove us in silence, the city lights flashing on my face. When we got there, it was a gala party I had kind of expected. I was going to be shown off in public with Alexander, and I didn't know how I felt about that.
“Can I just stay in the car?” I asked
He leaned close, his lips near my ear. “My property doesn’t tell me where he can be, you go where I go. Tonight, you’ll learn to only have eyes just for me.”
My heart beat starting beating faster. “What do you mean?”
He smiled. “You’ll find out.”
And with a hand on his back, he led me into the crowd, where people looked at us, curious and wanting.
I walked beside him, my heart beating, my legs shook. I realized I wasn’t just Alexander’s toy in private anymore. I was about to be shown off as his property.
And even worse than the fear I felt was the shameful truth that was growing inside me……..part of me wanted it.
Ethan’s povFor a moment, the noise of the restaurant faded. The lights above us blurred and I could feel bile rising up to my throat. I tried to say something but I couldn’t form a single word past my lips. I must still be asleep and this is a dream. That’s the only explanation for what I just heard.“What did you just say?”My father didn’t even blink, he just reached over and folded his napkin with lazy precision. “You heard me.”A cold flush crawled down my spine. “You used me?”He tapped his fork against the plate,“I needed access and you were convenient.”The room dimmed around the edges. God please no. Tell me I didn’t let him in again only for him to abandon us when we needed him again.“So all this was a lie? Lena was in the hospital fighting for her life and you were just using her to get access?” “That girl has been fighting since she was five.” His tone held no pity. “Time runs out for some people. That's the reality son.”A wave of nausea rolled over me. “You promise
Ethan’s pov“Dad, Lena has gone worse.”The words came out before I even sat down. I didn’t wait for greetings or menus. I stood beside the table while my father and Claudia kissed across their wine glasses like they were in some soap opera. They didn’t look up.Claudia giggled against his mouth as her hand slid over his chest, then lower, brushing his thigh. They kept whispering to each other, laughing and touching, ignoring me like I wasn’t standing in front of them. I had seen them act like this before but never with this much fever. “Dad. She is in intensive care.” My voice cracked a bit.Still no answer. Just more whispering as Claudia pressed her lips to his ear. He laughed……..my father actually laughed a loud boyish sound I hadn’t heard from him since I was a child. Something about his mood unsettled me. He wasn’t like this. The man I grew up with, the man I had seen a few weeks ago was cold and never openly joyful. This version looked like someone who won a lottery or someth
Ethan’s povI sat at the long dining table with the plates set perfectly as if this place hosted kings every night. The scent of roasted garlic hung in the air and the table held a full spread of steamed vegetables, a soft steak cooked medium, creamy mashed potatoes, warm bread, and a dark sauce that smelled rich. But the food held no interest to me as I picked at the steak in front of me. My mind kept circling around what happened earlier.Alex sat across from me, finally back.He is still dressed in his suit from the day, his jacket tossed on the back of the chair and his sleeves rolled to his elbows. His phone was pressed to his ear while he cut through his steak with slow precision. He spoke in that calm measured tone that makes one just want to listen and agree with whatever he says. He ended the call and placed the phone beside his plate as his eyes locked on mine.“Alright, what’s the problem?.”Direct and straight to the point. The man wastes no time. I pushed a piece of my
Ethan’s povMicheal looked polished and calm, yet there was a guilty flicker behind his eyes. My jealousy rose quick. He was here for Alex like last time. He was still around him, that alone made me mad.“Is Alex back?” I tried looking past him. He sidestepped and shut the door, blocking it with his body.“No, not yet. I waited. Thought he would return but the night stretched too long.”“I did not hear you come in.”He gave a quiet laugh. “Do you always keep track of every sound in this house? You walk in and out of his space as if you live here permanently even though you have only known Alexander for a few months, yet you question me?”His words stung because they held truth. My heart beat louder and my mind kept circling that door he blocked. Something about it felt off.“Why didn’t you wait for him in the sitting room?”“I was supposed to collect a document from him. I thought it might be here.”I studied him a bit, “Alex does not leave documents lying around. He is not careless
Ethan’s povI'm in love with a cold blooded murderer. That’s what has been going through my head since this week. I kept seeing the words in the file, the sealed reports, all the tragedies Alex allegedly had a hand in. The betrayal by William Stallin had cost Alex’s father the company leading to his suicide. I know Alex well enough to believe he isn't one to just let that type of thing go. That's one of the reasons I believe he might have been behind the tragedies…… . My father had warned me. He had told me Alex wasn’t a man anyone should trust, that behind his quiet power lays destruction. I chose to turn away from that warning. Maybe I did it because I wanted so badly to believe that the darkness in Alex was not real. Maybe I did it because I needed him to be the one good thing I found for myself. Maybe I did it because loving him was easier than admitting I was walking willingly toward a fire.If he could do all that to someone for one betrayal to his father, what then will he do
Alex’s pov“Are you here to gloat?”This new confidence of his was really starting to get on my nerves…..badly.“Of course not Alex. I just thought we should talk before the circus begins.”I gestured toward the chair opposite me. “Talk then.”He sat down slowly, crossing one leg over the other. “You look tired. Long nights? Or maybe you’re running out of allies.”“Choose your words carefully,” I scowled at him. “You’re still on my board, for now.”He smiled. “I’m aware. That’s why I came. To make sure you know I’m not your enemy, not yet.”“Your last move says otherwise.”“That was just business, you would have done the same if you were in my position.”I leaned back in my chair looking at him. He was right, this was exactly the type of thing I excel in….hostile takeovers. Under different circumstances I would have felt a bit of admiration for the man“I have a proposal for you. One that might interest you.” He says smiling.I didn’t reply. I just stared at him and he took the silenc
