"What are you doing in my room?" I yelled.

David stood up from the bed and began walking toward me. "What do you mean? I came to see you."

"Stay away from me!" I backed up quickly. He stopped, but his eyes stayed locked on mine.

"You know I can't do that, Emily. I can't stay away from you. I love you so much."

"But I don't love you. Do I have to write it down before you understand that I can't be with you?"
