Chapter 10

Sid's POV

I stand straight as she tries to move.

"You can go to your place," I order her. She leaves the chair in a haste and walks away. I re-read the mail, I must say she is good at communicating but what the fuck was she doing? Stammering, mumbling. Do I look that scary? However, I don't care what she thinks about me.

"You think that's gonna work?" I asked her. "You've barely written four lines"

"I'm not here to impress anyone. I'm here to convince you. There's a big difference between impressing and convincing," she finally completes her statement without stammering. I wanted her to do so. Because somewhere I don't need a dumb girl in the company who can't utter a line properly. How will she be managing the work I'll assign her. I realise she is not dumb, she is too naive to handle.

"Impressive!!," I exclaim.

"I said I'm not here to impress," she spits.

I raise my eyebrows as she keeps surprising me with her savage
