13. Resignation Letter

"Sir, I'm sorry. This is my resignation letter." I handed the resignation letter to Mr. Rey, the division manager.

I moistened my lips with my tongue, but they still felt dry. I felt uneasy about this sudden decision. Mr. Rey also seemed displeased because I was resigning abruptly.

"Why so sudden, Sha? Did a guest bother you again?" he asked with concern. I had been asked quite openly to date male guests with unclear intentions a few times, probably because my appearance was still attractive despite having a child.
