“What?” Bryan asked in shock and confusion.

“Get the fuck out of the way.” Thane snapped at him and he stepped out of the way immediately. Thane ran his hands on Alessa’s arm, finding a good spot to inject her.

“Take the kids out,” he ordered Bryan.

“Aiden, Aria, come on,” he said and they stared at their worriedly as they got off the bed.

Bryan held them and walked out of the room with them.

“Is she okay?” Aria asked with tears welling up in her eyes as she looked up at Bryan.

“Yes, she is. She will be fine. Let’s wait downstairs.” he told them and they all headed down the stairs.

They got to the living room and he sat with them as they waited.

It's been ten minutes and Thane kept staring at his watch. He looked at Alessa and sighed. She is supposed to be awake by now.
