Chapter 39: Something I Deserve

I was at the mall with Kurt. His smile is really captivating, no matter what anyone says. I mean, if anyone says anything against it.

I entered the mall and he held my hand like he has always, since we met. 

As the music was playing we were smiling and going around. He chose a dress for me. “It looks beautiful” I commented. “But I am not buying”

“Oh then” he turned to me and looked at me more carefully. “Why are we here?” he said so with a playful smile.

I looked down. How do I tell him that I wanted to spend time with him? I want to know about him more. That’s what I want!

“Uh well…” He took a step closer while I stilled in my position. I don’t know, but he still seems familiar even when I don’t know him.

“Kaitlyn” he whispered. “Do you like me?”

I just looked down and my heart was racing.
