Chapter 41: I Came

I was still scared of that voice. Even if it has  been two hours since the call, I still am so afraid and I curse myself for not seeing who called me. If I would have seen the number, I could have reported it to the Police.

But the number vanished too.

Now, I was just left with nothing but fear in myself. 

I was looking at the watch and was preparing my resume on my laptop. I still had no idea what would happen but I need this job deliberately.

It was finally 4 PM and I was all ready to be picked up by him. I went down and waited for him in the reception.

I finally saw him and he smiled warmly at me. “Hey Kaitlyn”

“Hello Kurt” I smiled.

“Let’s go”

I nodded and he took my hand and we sat down in his car. I sat down comfortably and he looked at me and smiled. “I am so lucky to do this with you”
