Kiara woke up and found herself cuddled on Phoenix’ chest while his arm was wrapped around her waist, keeping her close to him.
The morning sun was shining on the sky, striking the place with complete brightness but it did not woke up Phoenix as he was still in a deep slumber. The wind was gushing cold and it was just right to balance the heat coming out from the sun.
She moved and tried to lift up his arm removing from her but he just tightened it and buried his face more on her hair.
“Phoenix, the sun’s up.”
“I know.” He mumbled.
“Let’s get up, shall we?”
