Episode 6

Sudden anger swept through my whole body as I head home, after buying some food with the last dime I got..

I kept sighing and hissing as his words repeats himself in my memory, 

Like why the hell would he be her boyfriend, a rude boy who cared less about peoples feelings..

It was clear he already hated me just at one minute of meeting, he caught me drooling over her picture..

Seeing how he sneered and scoff at me, I was damn embarrassed, he must have really term me of being stupid which I really is..

Who does that??

Who falls crazily in love with someone who they haven't seen or hope to see..Ria is a billionaire and I am a commoner, a nobody who was slapped out there by a rich brat..

I couldn't even shout at him for the fear of being drag to the jail, for the fear of being beaten, he even tore the magazine that had been my company for days now..?

Oh...Gosh!!

I feels like punching his face, I feels like strangling him to death but how possible is that??

He is rich and not just that..

He is the boyfriend to my crush, yuck!!..how can i lay a finger on him..

I got home and handed the food to my mother with a fake smile before turning back to the sitting room, I plopped down on the outdated couch felling so drained, 

I shut my eyes and once again, the face of Ria came in, I took my time to admire her beauty and composure..

Just then, the door sprang open and Steve walked in holding a polythene bag..

I glanced at him and forced a smile..

"Hey dude, what is that look for??..who got you that way??.." he asked.

"Why lie to me?" I muttered 

"Really??..when?" he asked.

"Ria got a rich boyfriend, worst is that he is a spoilt rich brat and we are already enemies at first meeting.." I relayed and he arched his brow and sat beside me.

"You met with him??..what is his name?" he asked 

"I don't know, he just said he is her boyfriend that I should cut those impossible dream of having Ria, he even tore the magazine, do you think I still got a chance?" I asked facing him as I held his palm..

He chuckled before laughing out loud, 

"Do you remember Stella??" he asked with a cheesy smile.

I frowned and rolled my eyes..

"She hadn't been herself since she met you in that bar.." he smirked.

"Don't change the topic to a stupid one, so Ria truly got a boyfriend!!" I snorted.

"You are going to her company tomorrow right??..calm down, at least you told me she would fall in love with you at one sight, so no fear dude.." He laughed but I wasn't even smiling..

Guess he doesn't know how serious I am..

"Steve, stop joking..." I yelled.

"Alright sir, that man can be either Austin or Adrian, these are two rich men who hoped to have her, they also crush on her like others, they are using the relationship of their parent with her to get closer but guess what???" he paused and giggled.

"What??" 

"Austin was once her childhood friend but she hates him now, she had jilted him, Adrian is the new obsessed crush, more richer, it has trend of how Ria gave his cheek a new colour with her slap not minding he was Xavier's son.." Steve explained and i found myself heaving a breath of relief..

"Wow, can't wait for tomorrow..." I mumbled rubbing my palm.

"I got you a new cloth, you should wear it for tomorrow so they won't bundle you away like a mad man.." he said and dropped the bag on the table..

I hastily opened it and a wide grin crossed my lips seeing the new cloth, although it was outdated but still yet it was far more better than all my cloth..

"Thank you bro!!" I breathed happily.

"Goodluck.." he smirked and I laughed shortly.

"Tell Stella I am not interested a bit, she should fall for you instead..." I rolled my eyes playfully while he punched my shoulder softly.

       Adrian's POV..

My phone rang just immediately I got home, I glanced at the screen and growled seeing it was Ria's father..

Sh*t...really wish Ria gave me some hopes, I would gladly receive the call and assure him again that I would change his daughter but hell no!!..she hated me the more!

"Hello.." I said into the phone immediately I took the call.

"Adrian, I'm sorry..." I heard his voice.

"For what?" I asked.

"The slap..my daughter must be stupid to slap you, I must make sure she comes and plead for forgiveness!" he assured with a strong tone and I couldn't help but wonder if it was possible..

Can Ria ever do that?

"The slap isn't a big deal, I even enjoyed it, for the fact that it came from my wife to be.." I smirked and that got him laughing..

"Oh yeah..future son in law, can't wait for that day too, that day when she would fall in love and agree to marry you.." he squeaked and I felt really eager to have Ria, I wanna surprise the world, I wanna surprise her father..

Wow!.

"What happened when she found you in her apartment?" he asked and I hissed.

"It wasn't funny, she called the security on me and i was forced out...but that isn't the end of the road, it may take a while but eventually, she would be mine.." I gloated.

"Prays so..." he concluded and hung the call.

I breathed heavily before heading to my room upstairs, the maids were all around doing different work, my food was even set on the dinning table but I didn't even went to eat because all appetite is gone

Ria's attitude to me took away my appetite, 

Oh God, that girl is damn hot I swear..can't wait to hear her soft moan..

Just as I lay on the bed, my mind flashed to the poor guy I punched today, another wave of anger swept through me, I could have ordered my security men to beat him to coma,

Not only did he block my way, he also got the picture of Ria watching it with those wet emotional eyes, he was freaking drooling..

Yuck!!..impossible ambition!

I couldn't help scoffing at the stupid young man..

I have a plan to get more closer to Ria..

My new company merging up with her own would make us a lifetime partner, I'm sure she won't be able to resist me..

A wide smile crossed my lips as I pulled off my cloth heading to take my bath..

It was night already..

Tomorrow is another day...

     Ryan's POV.

It was very early the next morning when I woke up, I smiled and quickly jolted up from the bed, today would be my first time to see her, my very first day to see how she looks in real life..

Why won't I grin from ear to ear..

Oh, wow!

With a fast pace, I head into the bathroom to clean up,  was damn ready to do anything to work with her, I don't just care...

Actually, there must be a reason why she turned cold, I must surely help her, even if she hates totally, I would still love her and work for her relentless...

In a hour later, I was already dressed, I glanced at the time and it was 6:06am, Steve told me the company opens exact 7:00am..

"Ryan, you found a job?" mom asked surprisedly as she saw me all dressed.

"Would apply today.." I replied with a smile primping myself..

"Alright son, take care.." she pecked my cheek making me grin.

"When i gets paid, I am surely gonna take you to the hospital, I can't bear seeing you..."

Just then, Steve dashed in and we both turned to him,

"He would be taking me there.." I beamed.

"Oh, Steve..

" Good morning." he greeted with a smile before turning to me..

"It is 7:00!!..why already dressed now??..did you even ate?" He sneered.

"Take me there and cut those tease.." I rolled my eyes..

"Love is really a madness..." he teased and I punched his shoulder softly and mom turned to me..

"Are you falling in love with someone?" she asked with a cheesy smile.

"I...

" He is in love with his boss to be.." Steve chipped in before I could even completed a word..

"Wow!!" she exclaimed while I smiled shyly.

"He isn't even sure of being accepted.." Steve sneered and I knocked his head this time..

"Mom, we are off!!" i screamed and dragged the noisy Steve away before he spits out everything to mom..

"You are a parrot!!!" I yelled at him while he grinned..

"but I never lied?.." he giggled.

"Hasten up your step!" I gruffed feeling so eager to reach the company, so eager to see her face..

"You are quite lucky she fired some workers yesterday and are recruiting another today, if not, you are surely gonna be thrown off without even perceiving her scent.." he deadpanned leaving my cheeks blush..

"Wow, that means I got hope.." I laughed and increased my pace but paused as I saw the annoying Steve was still walking slow like an old woman..

"You d**k head, can't you walk more faster???" I drawled grabbing his hand as he laughed at me..

This boy is something else..

Finally, we got to the company, we really got there after passing through the busy expensive looking city, I mean everywhere was bright and there were other gigantic building which must cost millions of dollars..

Her company was the largest there, it has the name of the company inscription on the bill board around it..

The building was so enchanting..

I couldn't help being lost as I stared at it..

"You can do the rest, I've brought you here as agreed, good luck!" Steve smiled and ran back before I could even say anything..

Guess i forgot, he is damn afraid of the rich and hates having anything to do with them especially billionaires like Ria..

Almost all the workers are already at work, 

I was still bracing myself to get in when I saw that same car again..

Oh sh*t!!

It was the spoilt rich brat who punched me..
