Meeting Felicia

As Elena turns the corner, she freezes in her tracks, Standing there, as if mocking fate, is Felicia, the lady who tormented her in high school.

Memories of the cruel remarks and relentless bullying flood back, causing Elena's heart to sink.

" Well, well, well. If it isn't little miss perfect Elena. Can't believe you actually made it to college!"

Felicia mocked her the moment she got closer to elena, there was no way she would have missed Elena's face, her two side kick stood beside her as they sneered at Elena

Elena's smile fades as she confronts her bully, trying to summon her strength and maintain her composure, she didn't want to back down like she did in high school if not her dats of college would be nothing but hell

Yea she came from a poor family, yea she was a scholarship student who had the chance to study in a college where only the rich kid go too but she felt she deserved it all she had work her butt to get to where she is today

" Felicia, I had hoped to leave the past behind me and start anew. Can we please just move on?, let the past be the past."

Felicia stares at Elena for a moment, seemingly processing her words. Surprisingly, a softer expression washes over her face when Elena saw this she sighs but she didn't notice the hidden glint in Felicia's eyes

" (sighing)You know what? You're right. High school was a mess, and I was...well, I was awful. I've changed, Elena. Truly."

Felicia started with her act but Elena felt it happen too soon

Elena cautiously studies Zyra's face, unsure if this is another act of manipulation or sincere remorse.

" (skeptical) Changed?, How can I believe you after everything that happened?, after all you put me through" Elena blurted those words out

" I understand why you're skeptical, but listen... I've had time to reflect on my actions, and I've realized how wrong I was. I want to make amends for the past"

Elena hesitates, her guard still up, but slowly starts to lower it as she observes Felicia's genuine remorse.

" Okay, Felicia If you truly mean it, then perhaps we can start fresh. But please understand, it will take time for me to trust you" Elena said sincerely as she was ready to let go of bygine she seriously didn't want to go through another set of drama as she raises her glass up

" I understand completely. Thank you, Elena, for giving me this chance. Let's focus on our college experience and leave the past behind, together." Felicia said with a smile on her face

Elena nods, a glimmer of hope returning to her eyes, she was already feeling that forgiveness and growth are possible, even in the most unexpected circumstances.

two friends were walking down the school halls, Lila and Sarah, as they discuss the recent developments regarding Felicia, the self-proclaimed Queen Bee of their group.

The girls exchange curious glances, eager to unravel the truth behind Felicia's sudden change of heart, as they news of Felicia letting bygones be bygones with Elena has spread

Though Elena might have been thinking she was free when she entered the college but she was dead wrong most of the people from her high school all choose this college since it was closer to home

" have you heard about Felicia deciding to stop bullying Elena? I'm really hoping it's genuine this time" Sarah said

" (doubtful) I find it hard to believe Sarah, Felicia has always been pretty relentless. I mean, she's made Elena's life a living nightmare for ages, all because she was smarter than her, she never allows any one challenges her when she wants something"

"she was not contented with being only the Queen bee she also want to be seen as the most brilliant girl in school thereby achieving what they call beauty and brains " Lila explained

" Regardless, we should give her the benefit of the doubt, People can change, right?" Sarah asked intrigued

As they approach their lockers, they spots Felicia at the far end of the hallway.

Lila, and Sarah rush towards her, eager to hear the truth.

" Felicia! We heard you've decided to let bygones be bygones with Elena. Is it true?" Sarah asked in an hurry

"(laughs, slightly mocking) Oh, that? It was just a little act, my dear. Nothing more than an illusion to throw off Elena and anyone else who might suspect my true intentions."

" Wait, you're just playing with her emotions again? After all that she's been through? " Sarah asked with a dissapointed look on her face she couldn't believe what she was hearing

She and Lila has been Childhood friends with Felicia and hope that she would really change

" Well, you see, dear Sarah, this time I won't personally make her life hell, I've learned a thing or two about manipulation, and I plan to let others do the dirty work for me." Felicia said while smiling slyly

" That's so cruel, Felicia! Why do you derive joy from tormenting others?" Lila burst out in anger

" You should know better by now, Felicia. Karma has a way of catching up with people like you." Sarah added whole looking at her friends with a disapproving eyes wondering when he friend turned to someone filled with so much wickedness

" Felicia, we've been friends for a long time, and I've always seen the good in you, But this, this is just not right, Elena doesn't deserve this, when we are in high school I though if you grow up you might let things go but now I see you have not grown up " Lila said with a sympathetically tone

" Oh, spare me the lecture, Lila, I do what I have to do. Elena doesn't belong in our world, and I won't rest until....

Just as Felicia was talking sarcastically she was interrupted by Lila

(interrupting)

" No, Felicia, you're wrong, Nobody deserves to be treated that way, especially not someone like Elena. We should be lifting each other up, not tearing each other down.

" Lila's right, Felicia. It's never too late to change and be a better person. You don't have to continue down this path." Sarah added supportively

Felicia pauses for a moment, seemingly taken aback by her friends' genuine concern and support.

" You're right, guys. I've been so consumed by this need for power and control that I lost sight of what really matters. I don't want to be that person anymore" Felicia said and her friends gave a big hug

" we are happy to hear that"

" but have you guys see Jason the soccer captain, he is incredibly cute, I just can't stop thinking of him, I have decided to chase he and he would be mine and mine only" Felicia said with a pout and her friends laughed as they realised that there friend was back

" yea we saw him, he is really handsome but when you hook up with him don't forget to introduce us to some of his friends now" Lila joked and Sarah squeal at the Lila's joke
